TCASE, in collaboration with the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), can help you earn the Autism Certificate.
The Autism Certificate (AC) is available for all professionals employed in a setting that requires you to work or have contact with individuals with autism. This Certificate recognizes professionals dedicated to promoting quality care in the field of Autism. The Autism Certificate does not require a masters degree.
Those credentialed with the Autism Certificate (AC) must earn and maintain 14 professional development or CE hours
relating to Autism every two years. Documentation of Autism hours are
required and are able to be uploaded to your online Autism Certificate
(AC)profile. An audit system will be in effect so it is important
that professionals maintain records of their continuing education hours.
Professionals that typically apply for the AC Credential include:
1. Sign into your TCASE membership profile on the website and complete the form below.
2. Once the form is completed and payment has been received, your information will be sent to IBCCES. Complete the form below.
3. You will receive an email from IBCCES containing further instructions for completing the online application.
