Professional Liability Insurance
It is not uncommon for TCASE members to face an employment dispute or other legal action that would place them at personal risk. With the litigious nature of what you do, professional liability insurance coverage is a must. TCASE is now offering two options for eligible TCASE members.
"Thank goodness I wrote that $35.00 check for my professional liability insurance! I recently found myself in a place I never thought I would be in my professional career. I felt like I was being made a scape goat for the district’s larger problems potentially impacting my personal appraisals, future with the district and professional career. I called the insurance company and I immediately received a response, a local attorney’s name and the feeling that I was not alone. I never had to pay a dime. The attorney worked with me to resolve the issue and with the insurance company for payment. You never expect to need it but when you do, the TCASE professional liability insurance is there for you to provide legal support and personal peace.”
Legislative ImpactAs a TCASE member, you can help design and prioritize the legislative agenda at the state and federal levels. TCASE members are also offered opportunities to personally engage in the legislative process.
