All cancellations must be received in writing by the TCASE office no later than January 19, 2018. Written cancellations received by the deadline will receive a refund minus a 20% handling fee or charged 20% if unpaid. Cancellations after the January 19, 2018 deadline are non-refundable. Transfers are welcome up to Feb. 21, 2018 To cancel, please send an email with details of the cancellation or transfers to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any registration made during a discounted registration period is subject to a price increase at the prevailing rate of when payment is received if payment is not received within 30 day of when the registration was submitted.
Payment for all registrations is due at or before the time the event takes place.
Regardless of the situation, it is the responsibility of the individual registrant to pay any balance that was not paid for by the employer, including cancellation or no show charges.
Changes to registration may only be made by emailing email@example.com. The email must include the registrants name and a list of items to be changed.
Please note: Selections for the Pre-Conference options are located within the Monday, Feb. 19, 2018 tab below. Each Pre-Conference option begins with PRE. When registering for the Pre and Main Conference, please select your preferred session.
