TCASE has served special education leaders in this capacity since the organization's birth in 1960. As a private, non-profit professional association, our singular mission is to work on behalf of our members to help them achieve in their profession.
Led by a 13-member Board of Directors, and with guidance from a House of Delegates representing the 20 educational service regions throughout the state, TCASE is Leading Transformation of special education leaders and the students they serve in Texas.
