Call for Proposals:

TCASE is accepting proposals to speak at Great Ideas 2019, Feb. 18-20. Before submitting your proposal, please read the proposal requirements here.

Please submit your Learning Lab proposal(s) here.

Important Dates:

  • Proposal Submission Deadline: Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2018
  • Speakers Notification Deadline: Monday, Nov. 26, 2018
  • Materials due date for selected sessions: Monday, Jan. 8, 2019.

Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing by the TCASE office no later than Jan. 18, 2019. Written cancellations received by the deadline will receive a refund minus a 20% handling fee. Cancellations after the Jan. 18, 2018 deadline are non-refundable. Transfers are welcome up to Feb. 20, 2019. To cancel, please send an email with details of the cancellation or transfers to

Payment policy:
Any registration made during a discounted registration period is subject to a price increase at the prevailing rate of when payment is received if payment is not received within 30 days of when the registration is submitted.
Payment for all registrations is due at or before the time the event takes place. Regardless of the situation, it is the responsibility of the individual registrant to pay an balance that was not paid for by the employer, including cancellation or no show charges.
