All cancellations must be received in writing by the TCASE office no later than Nov. 12, 2019. Written cancellations received by the deadline will receive a refund minus a 20% handling fee. Cancellations after the Nov. 12, 2019 deadline are non-refundable. Transfers of registration to another party are welcome up to Nov.19, 2019. To cancel, please send an email with details of the cancellation or transfers to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment for all registrations is due at or before the time the event takes place.
Regardless of the situation, it is the responsibility of the individual registrant to pay any balance that was not paid for by the employer, including cancellation or no-show charges.
Changes to registration may only be made by emailing email@example.com. The email must include the registrants name and a list of items to be changed.
